Management Board Proxy for ESG, Head of Procurement – PORR S.A.

Manager with more than 20 years of experience in purchasing and project management in multinational corporations, pursuing the efficiency goals of an enterprise in the industrial, manufacturing, and construction sectors. 

Focused on achieving strategic goals and accomplishing the company's mission while maintaining the best possible relationships. Open-minded, dynamic, proactive, and highly communicative, taking care to improve employees' professional skills. Confident and decisive, entrepreneurial, thinking rationally and objectively, able to make decisions based on accumulated arguments.

She is currently in charge of central purchasing at General Contractor PORR S.A., where she mainly manages DIRECT categories and additionally develops the company's ESG area. She specializes in transforming the company's purchasing areas, including effective change implementation and flexible strategy adaptation. In addition, as ESG Board Representative, she is responsible for implementing the ESG Strategy at PORR S.A. in Poland. 

Previously, she was Director of Purchasing and Logistics at Siemens Sp. z o.o. for more than four years, working in the EMEA region with more than a dozen European countries of the Siemens AG Group. Her responsibilities at Siemens included indirect purchasing, creating a purchasing policy with an emphasis on good practices, and defining standards for cooperation with contractors.

Before that, she worked at PKN ORLEN S.A. for seven years, managing strategic purchasing for Group Companies. She created and successfully implemented central purchasing cooperation in the Capital Group for more than a dozen direct purchasing categories covering Poland, Lithuania, the Czech Republic, and Germany.

Her passion for personal development extends beyond the workplace. She is an active Mentor in various mentoring programs, sharing her knowledge and experience to inspire others. Outside of her professional life, she also pursues her love of high-altitude hiking and climbing, to which she has given her heart.
