Co-creator of the HRO™ Human-Relation-Organisation philosophy. Co-organiser of the HR Genius by Hutchinson Institute venture and the Growing Circle HRO™ community. She has been awarded the title of Business Tiger three times by the Pro Progressio organisation. She is a member of the Programme Council for the Management Faculty at the Academy of Humanities and Economics. Privately, she is a fan of sport and good cinema and a fulfilled mother and wife.
