Director of Climate Solutions in the Unimot Group

Founder and President of the Management Board of the Foundation for the Development of Interim Management (FRIM). He is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Gdańsk and the Executive MBA Program of the University of Illinois in the USA. He specializes in change management and organizational development in SMEs. He built his expert position in the B2B segment during a 17-year management career in organizations of various scale and scope. Main areas for cooperation: building and implementing the company's strategy, restructuring in the area of Sales and Purchasing, consultations for management staff in necessary operational areas. For several years, he has been additionally involved, together with a group of Interim Managers and Foundation Partners, in the topic of sustainable development of enterprises (ESG).

Currently, he is the Director of Climate Solutions in the Unimot Group.

Responsible for clients' energy transformation in the context of decarbonization challenges, among others. is the first in Poland to introduce low-emission HVO100 fuel to the market.
