Since 2021, Grzegorz Baran has been serving as the Country Manager, and since 2018, he has also been a member of the Management Board at Transcom Worldwide Poland. His journey with Transcom began 11 years ago when he assumed the role of Business Manager. Since then, he has progressed to various positions related to company operations and collaboration with key clients.

In his work, Grzegorz leverages a strong focus on achieving strategic business goals, effective communication, and interpersonal skills. In his role as the Country Manager, he is responsible for the daily management, development, and representation of Transcom in Poland. He brings his leadership abilities and skills in building effective teams to the company, working on their development and refining internal processes. Grzegorz has over 18 years of experience in the BPO industry.
