Manager with 20 years of experience in manufacturing companies, with 17 years of experience in the former Grupa LOTOS. He specializes in the area of production management. He co-created and managed the production support area, responsible for, among others: for safety, environmental protection, energy efficiency, process supervision and technological development.

He has been involved in the waste industry for 3 years as a member of the management board and then as president of the Utilization Plant in Gdańsk, where the issues of circularity of packaging are real challenges, but also specific solutions.

A graduate of the AGH University of Science and Technology, a chemical technologist with a specialization in fuel technology.

Grzegorz focuses on the efficient use of resources, which leads to both an increase in the technological efficiency of production processes and an increase in energy efficiency. He values a realistic look at problems based on facts, not opinions. He is convinced that the energy transformation is an inevitable process that requires real and effective solutions.
