Piotr Biernacki has over 20 years of experience in sustainable development management, ESG reporting, compliance issues and capital markets. As an ESG Reporting Partner in MATERIALITY, he developed methodologies for identifying and assessing the materiality of impacts, risks and opportunities related to sustainable development and conducting scenario analyses. He is a co-author of the ESRS (European Sustainability Reporting Standards) as a member of EFRAG SR TEG. As the chairman of the Sustainable Development Committee of SEG and a member of ESMA SMSG, he co-created capital market regulations, including those concerning the EU Taxonomy of environmentally sustainable activities. He is also a lecturer and trainer educating supervisory boards, management boards and management teams of large enterprises and capital groups in the field of sustainable development management and reporting.
