Transport and Fleet Manager, PepsiCo Logistyka

Wojciech Osiadacz has been involved in logistics optimization and management for over twenty years. He is associated with PepsiCo in Poland. Wojciech has played key roles in warehouse network optimization projects, inter-warehouse flows and structural changes in the organization. He was awarded the prestigious Charmain Awards for implementing a new warehouse logistics model in PepsiCo companies in Poland. Wojciech has significant experience in managing both general cargo and full truckload transport. He is the author of the sustainability program in transport. On daily basis is responsible for both implementing the strategy and adapting it to the local market. Wojciech also manages the fleet department, within which he implements the pro-environmental agenda in this area.
