Head of Shared Services Transformation, ISS

Paweł is responsible for the ISS Finance Service Centre in Gdańsk, a unit dedicated to the centralization of ISS’s financial operations worldwide. He also leads the global transformation of shared services, creating and implementing a strategy for standardization and centralization of processes within the ISS Group. He has many years of experience in the banking and real estate sectors, as well as in the SSC and BPO areas. In his practice, he focuses on transforming the organization in line with the established vision, as well as on building teams of specialists in the field of finance.
