Business practitioner, Interim Manager, trainer and consultant with over 20 years of experience, which she gained in various management positions in international corporations. She specializes in building and implementing strategies, implementing Customer Experience Management and creating a culture focused on the customer and employee. She has many years of experience in project management, change management, building and optimizing processes, combining the expectations of customers, organizations and employees.

She has participated in many initiatives related to CSR programs and initiatives for local communities.

For years involved in the topic of sustainable development of enterprises and ESG. Areas of activity: materiality research, dialogue with stakeholders, effective implementation of ESG in business processes, ESG strategy.

Graduate of the University of Gdańsk. Lecturer at the WSB Merito University in Gdańsk.
