Agnieszka Pluszcz-Bernat, Deputy Head of RSSC Europe and Head of Finance Operations at TUV Rheinland RSSC Europe in Katowice, within the company since its beginning in 2018. She has 25 years of managerial experience in Finance and has been active in the SSC/BPO industry for 17 years. She co-created and developed shared service centers for large corporations, including Grupa Żywiec SA and Heineken. While she specializes in managing financial processes, her current role has allowed her to expand her expertise to other functions and overall management of the Center.
