Katarzyna Lipka

Katarzyna has 18 years of professional experience in the real estate sector. She currently manages a team of consultants specializing in various real estate sectors and aspects of sustainable development at Cushman & Wakefield in Poland. During her professional career, Katarzyna has managed a wide range of projects, including feasibility studies, real estate development analyses and strategic advisory for public sector entities and tenants.

She also coordinates the work of the cross-functional ESG team at C&W in Poland, whose responsibilities include the development of ESG/sustainability services and overseeing projects such as decarbonization and ESG strategies, ESG assessments, WLC analyses, EU Taxonomy compliance analyses, climate change adaptation strategies, etc. She also cooperates with leaders of all business lines in Poland to integrate ESG principles throughout the organization.

She graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics (Master of Finance and Banking) and completed postgraduate studies in real estate valuation at the Warsaw University of Technology. Additionally, she completed postgraduate studies in Sustainable Real Estate Development at the University of Cambridge and ESG studies at the Kozminski University.
