The BSS Conference
The BSS Conference is a permanent part of Follow the Leaders Summit. This full-day event is dedicated to local and international trends and challenges in the business services sector. Presentations, fire-chat sessions, and panel discussions feature experts and experienced managers from the BPO, GBS, GCC, and SSC sectors. The BSS Conference is considered one of the most substantive business services sector events in Europe.
The Modern Industry Conference
The Modern Industry Conference
The Modern Industry Conference is a continuation of the EKO Transformations conference, held as part of Follow the Leaders Summit in the previous two editions. Changing business realities and geopolitics have led to the expansion of this part of Follow the Leaders Summit to include topics on infrastructure, logistics, defense, and technology. The "Modern Industry" conference provides a strong substantive contribution to the overall event.
The Evening Gala
The Evening Gala
The Evening Gala is the culmination of the entire Follow the Leaders Summit. After two days of congress, meetings, and inspiration, the Gala is the icing on the cake, combining the finale of the PRO Tiger competition (an award ceremony for entrepreneurs) with a summary of the Follow the Leaders conclusions, as well as fun and networking late into the night. The Gala is attended by both Follow the Leaders participants and invited VIP guests from public administration, academia, and business.
FDI Business Development Strategy
FDI Business Development Strategy
The Pomerania FDI Business Development Strategy is a new initiative within Follow the Leaders Summit. It will be a roundtable and focus group meeting with entrepreneurs from abroad and beyond the Tricity region. The aim of the meeting is to present comprehensive information on the attractiveness of Poland and Pomerania for direct investment in the BSS and industrial sectors. The meeting will be led by experts from Invest in Pomerania, Pro Progressio, and the HR and Real Estate Agency.

Workshops for Team Leaders
Workshops for Team Leaders - you can never have too much education! For the third time, Follow the Leaders Summit is organizing practical workshops for Team Leaders and Supervisors. These 90-minute educational sessions provide the knowledge necessary to effectively manage teams. Each participant can participate in four different workshops throughout the day. This is also an excellent opportunity to meet Team Leaders from other companies and exchange experiences. Workshops are run in Polish.
Beforek
Beforek
Beforek is a time for networking at the highest level. It's become a tradition that, as part of Beforek at Follow the Leaders Summit, all participants, including Partners, speakers, and guests, can meet, get to know each other, and spend time together. Beforek is an excellent opportunity for networking, exchanging knowledge, meeting after a long time, or building entirely new business relationships.
C-Level meetings
C-Level meetings
C-Level meetings are meetings with a small group of top management. Each meeting can be attended by 6-8 people representing various organizations and industries. The meetings are designed to foster closer acquaintance, exchange views and experiences, all in a supportive atmosphere, such as a yacht cruise, lunch, or a meeting with a sommelier. Space for C-Level meetings is strictly limited.
