HR Manager, MDDP Outsourcing

An expert with over 20 years of experience in the retail, services, HoReCa and food industries. She specializes in building and optimizing HR processes, integrating HR policies after mergers and creating organizational cultures based on values. In the area of ESG, she is a specialist in creating and implementing strategies, sustainable development reports, double significance analysis and calculating carbon footprint in 1-3 scopes. At MDDP Outsourcing, she manages two areas: HR and ESG, implementing comprehensive projects for clients, including stakeholder mapping and defining goals for Sustainability Linked Loans (SLL). She completed a master's degree in economics and postgraduate studies in Employee Training and Development at the Leon Koźmiński Academy.

She is a certified ICC assessor and trainer, MBTI consultant and Strengths trainer authorized to work on Gallup CliftonStrengths tests. She also holds a Business Trainer diploma and an ESG Transformation Manager Certificate.
