Monika has been an integral part of the Foundever team for 16 years. She started her career as a telephone consultant, and thanks to her fluency in 3 languages, talent and determination, she quickly advanced, gaining extensive experience at various career levels. As a result, she became Deputy Director, and in 2019 she took on the key role of Regional Director in Poland, and recently also in Bulgaria.

Over the years, she has remained associated with the BPO industry, where she focuses her efforts on developing business development strategies and improving operations with numerous successes. She is deeply convinced that the success of every company depends on the continuous personal development of its employees. Therefore, it supports initiatives consistent with the #InspireGrowth mission.

As a participant and speaker at many conferences, she promotes a positive image of the BPO Contact Center industry and argues that caring for the well-being of employees has a direct impact on the quality of customer service.
