Socialy involved in areas related to the economy and equal rights of women and men. She is the President of the Forum of Employers of the North, an employer organization, and the Chairwoman of the Pomeranian Team for Women, an advisory body to the board of the Pomeranian Voivodeship. For 23 years she has been involved in social dialogue, and has also been the Vice-Chairwoman of the Voivodeship Council for Social Dialogue in Gdańsk throughout this period.

Member of the Council for Women on the Labor Market, an advisory body to the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Policy. For over 30 years she has worked as a manager, managing entities in the food production, energy and service sectors. She has managed teams of several people to several thousand employees. Much of her experience is related to conducting restructuring and repair processes. She is currently the President of GFKM, an entity combining a foundation and a Business School.
