Currently Regional Head of Global Payments Solutions Operations (incl. Payments, Reconciliations, Screening, Cheques and Client Services) for Europe at HSBC overseeing ~600 FTEs (in 18 EU markets as well as 2 GSC locations: Poland and Egypt). Proven record of successfully led global initiatives as well as regional transformation ones. Working well beyond boundaries to achieve common goal in reducing effort for the Bank and enhance Customer journey. Previously worked in other Operations in HSBC: KYC as well as Channels. Prior to that experience in other international companies like Capgemini, Steria etc. Outside work – a mother of two sons and a dog – love books, cycling and travelling to new places.
