Piotr Jarosz

Piotr is one of the leaders of GBS Consulting team in KPMG in Poland. He also holds a position of the Head of Global GBS CoE in KPMG International, being responsible for the strategy, methodologies and cooperation in the GBS Consulting space between the KPMG member firms globally.  Piotr has almost 20 years of experience in advising in SSC/BPO area, focusing mostly on Finance & Accounting, Procurement and Customer Service processes. He worked as a program head on multiple international GBS initiatives, responsible for centralization of more than 10000 FTEs worldwide. Piotr has wide experience in end-to-end Shared Service Center projects. Starting from defining strategy, performing feasibility studies, through design and planning, till making the center fully operational.
