Adam Schroeder is a key leader in the development of Cushman & Wakefield's business in the Tri-City market, where he plays a significant role in shaping the company's strategy in the region. As one of the most experienced advisors on the regional real estate market, for over 16 years he has supported clients in key processes related to the selection of new space, optimization, as well as negotiation and renegotiation of lease agreements and in the sale and purchase processes of commercial real estate. 

Adam has worked with many renowned companies, including Thomson Reuters, Energa Group, Amazon, CitiBank, Carrier, ING Bank, Dynatrace, State Street, Alior Bank, Ergo IT and LSEG, which is evidence of his broad experience and the trust he enjoys in the industry. He is a graduate of the University of Gdańsk, where he completed studies in Philosophy and Investments and Real Estate, which provides a solid foundation for his expert knowledge in the field of real estate.
