Matylda serves as the Head of the Transition and Executive Support Team at SIX, where she supports managers for ensuring the seamless and professional transfer of knowledge, systems, and operational capabilities from locations, primarily Switzerland, to Poland and Spain. As a member of the Leadership Team, she plays a key role in developing and implementing strategic initiatives, collaborating closely with all Business Units and Corporate Functions across the organization. Matylda has extensive experience in managing global environments, particularly in Project Management Office (PMO) and Project Management roles, with a strong focus on IT clients.
