Iwona Jansen

Project & Program Manager, Head of Delivery, Schoeller Allibert

Iwona graduated with an Advanced Master in “Large Projects & Programs Management.” She has gathered experience in the creation and development of SSCs, transition management, process improvements, ERP deployment, change of organizational structures, acquisitions, mergers and demergers of legal entities, and other transformation projects.

She is an expert in people management, service delivery, building and developing teams across different business sectors, locations, and functions. Having been responsible for Statutory Accounting, Iwona also has extensive financial knowledge which she applies to support business growth. She has gained 16 years of experience in BSS.
In addition to her project and finance background, Iwona graduated with a diploma in "Mathematics and Computer Science". Her greatest passion is teaching mathematics, as well as helping individuals building their career and development paths.
